Spiritual Direction

Spiritual Direction is for those who want to grow in faith, hope and love and to become more aware of the presence of God in their lives. It is a process whereby an individual shares in a confidential relationship with a Spiritual Director, his / her life experiences and prayer for the sake of spiritual growth and a deepening awareness of God’s presence.
